This is the existing public Cutplan forwarding alias, reused as a shared portfolio inbox. It forwards through SimpleLogin to the owner; it is not a separate Fileflow email account. Include Fileflow in the subject so the correct tool can be identified. The owner's private mailbox is not displayed here.

Reporting a calculation issue

Include the size rows and their units, entered bit rate and unit, usable-throughput percentage, and the expected arithmetic. A copied plan keeps these details together. There is no need to attach the actual files being estimated, confidential filenames, passwords or account details.
